New members for EQUAL’s National Independent Advisory Group

EQUAL is an independent advisory group tackling racial inequalities in the criminal justice system. It works closely with the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), Her Majesty’s Prisons and Probation Service (HMPPS), the Youth Justice Board and others to improve outcomes for black, Asian and minority ethnic and Muslim individuals.

EQUAL's Head of Policy gives evidence to the Justice Committee

Last week Shadae Cazeau, EQUAL's Head of Policy, gave evidence to the Commons Justice Committee. It was their third session on youth justice and was on children and young people in custody.
