Background:

Femi Bola MBE FRSA, Independent Development Consultant.

Femi is a Higher Education Academy National Teaching Fellow, executive coach, mentor and former Director of Employability at the University of East London. Femi has worked successfully with disadvantaged leaners in schools, colleges, universities and employment for over 20 years. Her work has included developing an award winning employability programme for Deloitte, increasing the number of Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority senior leaders in London Schools through an Institute of Education development programme and setting up a Learning Centre for Millennium Dome employees. Femi’s practice and passion for learner success has been recognised through national awards including a National Training Award and a Business in the Community - Education & Lifelong Learning award. In 2012 Femi was awarded an MBE for services to diversity.
