I am proud to support the work of BTEG. BTEG works hard and effectively to improve the work and enterprise opportunities of young black, Asian and minority ethnic people. There is discrimination and disadvantage in the way our economy operates, but tackling these barriers is possible if imaginative work is done. BTEG works directly with people, and supports them to succeed. I have known the BTEG team since their start up 26 years ago. I greatly admire the staying power and constant innovation in their work.
