The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on our country and especially in BAME communities.
Although many BAME groups have begun to develop new ways of working, they are facing new challenges in terms of deficits, diminishing core reserves, new/additional HR pressures, emerging inequalities, responding to quick funding opportunities, new policy initiatives, lower capacity, crisis management and offering an intersectional approach to service delivery which challenges the traditional form of project based funding offered.
BTEG, through funding from Comic Relief and the National Emergency Trust, recently held workshops on:
Monitoring and evaluation
Financial Planning pt 1
Financial Planning pt 2
Making the most of your website
