Director

Salary - £32,500 - £35,000

Her Centre is a well established organisation providing client led services to women in Greenwich. Her Centre has undergone organisational restructuring and is now seeking a dynamic Director to develop a range of new services as well as to give strategic direction to work with women in the borough.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will be responsible for strategic leadership, management of resources (including HR), managing change and facilitating local and sub-regional partnerships. You will need to be a confident and experienced leader with highly developed people skills, in order to build networks and foster strong relationships both externally and internally. A proven and successful track record in generating income would be expected.

With a vision and passion for excellence with proven knowledge and understanding of operational factors like HR issues, budgeting, raising and managing multiple provisions of funding amongst others.

Information and Outreach Worker

Salary - £24,000 - £27,000

The Information and Outreach worker is a key role within the organisation. Her Centre is looking to provide advice, advocacy support to vulnerable women in the community, through an outreach service.

Reporting to the Director, the post holder will be responsible for identifying potential partner organisations and establishing an outreach service, with a focus on hard to reach women in the community.

You will need to have proven experience of information, advice and outreach work with women. Proven skills for developing partnerships to deliver outcomes for service and targets. Skills and experience for establishing, developing and delivering workshops & group sessions and being able to work independently but contributing to building a team are essential.
