BTEG launches second Leadership & Development programme – Limited spaces

BTEG is now ready to launch the 2^nd round of the Leadership & Development programme in a further 3 London boroughs. The first programme is successfully running and supporting groups with issues such as managing change, funding and resource issues, negotiating and problem solving, PR and marketing and operating strategically.

New Event- with limited places

Elevation Network and Young, Black and Successful CIC have organised

'The Great Debate Tour', a tour targeting black students on University campuses.

Discussing the recent riots, the economy, and youth unemployment

Commencing in October, and running for only 8 weeks.

Media briefing held at the Local Government Information Unit (LGIU) in Euston, on 19th September at 4.30pm.

UK NGO's Against Racism presentation to the UN in Geneva during August 2011

The challenge for CJS policy

The Runnymede Trust led a group of UK NGO's who made a presentation to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination which held hearings into the UK government's race equality policy.
