Research
Research and information gathering are important for the Centre for Educational Success.
Research provides us with evidence to pass on to national and regional bodies and local authorities about their policies and practices.
We use it to apply for funding to support the development of our work.
It gives us a flavour of people's experiences and everyday lives when dealing with organisations that affect them and their families.
We work with universities to supervise and support students carrying out research projects on the experiences of Black and Minority Ethnic boys who have been excluded from school.
Our research has examined the impact of supplementary schools on young peoples' examination results at GCSE and A Level.
We have also researched how schools are carrying out their duty to promote community cohesion
